Candlelight Restorative Reiki

Settle in, slow down, and receive. This gentle class combines the healing power of restorative yoga with hands-on or energetic Reiki, offering deep rest for your body and calm for your nervous system. No prior yoga or Reiki experience is necessary- just come as you are and let yourself be held.
