I fell in love with yoga about 10 years ago after losing 140 pounds with the help of bariatric surgery. That love encouraged me to deepen my knowledge and I got my 200YTT in 2020 through Lifepower. Since certification, I've been teaching at Lifetime and the Westonka Athletic Center as well as being the Yoga Coach for the Westonka Cross Country teams. Certified in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin formats, I love sharing breath, movement and growth with students of all abilities and experience levels. When not leading classes or practicing, I enjoy watching my boys play hockey, traveling, cooking, singing and volunteering.
