You will learn how somatic healing and nervous system regulation support sustainable change without force.

Women’s Night is a free, come-as-you-are gathering centered on community and connection. There’s no agenda and no pressure to share. Bring a snack, bring a drink, and settle into a relaxed space where conversation unfolds naturally. Each month offers a gentle theme, but you’re always welcome to simply listen, be present, and enjoy being together.
This is a space to talk about romantic relationships in all forms. Partnership, dating, marriage, long-term commitment, change, and everything in between. This night is about shared experiences, perspective, and honoring how relationships evolve over time.

Integrative Yoga for Hormonal Balance

A sacred, 90-minute gathering designed to foster emotional presence, mutual support, and community resonance. Through breath-based grounding, intentional sharing, and a simple connection ritual, women are invited into a field of deep listening and coherence. The circle includes a heart-sharing round, a mini ritual, crystal sound bowels, and a closing reflection. No one is fixed or advised- only witnessed and held in harmonic presence. The space closes with gratitude and silence, anchoring a shared field of trust and belonging.

Sound Therapy Certificaion

A two-day, immersive training for wellness practitioners, yoga teachers, bodyworkers, and anyone drawn to the healing power of sound.
This experiential course blends science, tradition, and hands-on practice to teach how sound can be used as a therapeutic and meditative tool for both individual and group settings. Through guided practice, group sound baths, and one-on-one facilitation, you will learn to confidently create safe, supportive, and intentional sound experiences.
Training includes working with crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drums, and tuning forks, with emphasis on nervous system regulation, presence, and trauma-aware facilitation.

Yoga Basics: Build Confidence & Ease

This supportive, two-hour workshop is designed for those new to yoga as well as anyone returning after time away. We’ll explore foundational poses, common yoga terminology, and how to use props like blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters to support your body and reduce strain. Through slow, guided movement and clear instruction, you’ll learn how to modify poses, connect breath to movement, and move with greater comfort and confidence. The workshop includes time for questions and a deeply supported rest at the end, leaving you feeling grounded, informed, and ready to step into regular classes with ease.
