Yogic Life Coaching

Yogic Life Coaching is a supportive, one-on-one experience that blends modern life coaching with the wisdom of yoga philosophy. These sessions are designed to help you navigate life with greater clarity, self-trust, and alignment, not by fixing you, but by helping you reconnect with who you already are.

Each session is personalized and may include reflective conversation, guided breathwork, meditation, journaling, and practical tools rooted in yogic principles such as mindfulness, intention, self-study, and balance. Together, we explore patterns, values, and habits that may be holding you back, while cultivating awareness and compassion for where you are right now.

Yogic Life Coaching can support you through life transitions, burnout, stress, decision-making, boundary setting, or a desire to feel more grounded and purposeful. Sessions are thoughtful, spacious, and empowering, offering both inner insight and tangible steps you can carry into daily life.

Becca Marais​
​

Becca believes yoga is for everybody and every body, and that its wisdom extends far beyond the mat. As a Yogic Life Coach, she creates a supportive, grounded space where clients feel seen, empowered, and encouraged to show up just as they are while reconnecting with their truest selves.

​

After experiencing her own healing and transformation through yoga, Becca completed her RYT 200 through the Devanadi School of Yoga and Wellness. Her work weaves together yogic philosophy, mindful inquiry, breathwork, meditation, and practical tools to help individuals gain clarity, navigate change, and live with greater intention and self-trust.

​

With a degree in Public Health and experience designing wellness training programs, Becca brings a holistic, thoughtful approach to coaching that honors both the nervous system and the realities of everyday life. Her sessions support sustainable growth, inner resilience, and meaningful well-being, on and off the mat.
