What if your mat was a paddleboard?
At Joyflow, we believe the present moment is where the magic happens—even if it’s the hardest place to stay. That’s where SUP Yoga comes in. Practicing yoga on the water invites a beautiful mix of mindfulness, movement, and pure play. The calm of the lake anchors your breath, the paddleboard keeps you on your toes (literally!), and the practice brings you back to yourself. Our SUP Yoga offerings blend mind, body, and soul—with just the right dose of sunshine and fun. Whether you're here for the flow, the stillness, or the splash—SUP Yoga is where you’ll want to be. Come float, move, and rediscover the joy of being fully present. We’ll meet you on the water.

Meet Erin Azevedo
Joyflow SUP Enthusiast
Erin Azevedo always dreamed of being a surfer and has loved the water for as long as she can remember. While chasing her surfing dreams, she discovered paddleboard yoga (SUP Yoga) and instantly fell in love. The practice offered the perfect balance of play, presence, and movement—something she found essential to return to, especially as life became more full and fast-paced. A lifelong athlete, Erin has been a competitive swimmer, marathoner, and triathlete. She’s also passionate about jiu jitsu, yoga, and spending time outdoors. Erin is certified in vinyasa, hot, and paddleboard yoga, and brings over 18 years of experience in international development, health coaching, training, curriculum design, and fitness instruction. She’s also a mom to five amazing kids and two dogs—and she brings that same grounded energy and joyful spirit into every class. Her favorite quote by Benjamin Disraeli says it all: “Life is too short to be small.”
